Within the customer portal it is possible to explore files that have been clean by the agent software. Navigate to "explore" to view a list of all cleaned files.
Status
The type of action that the CDR agent has performed on this file based on the content policy:
Allow - Took no action and proceeded as usual.
Sanitize - File was cleaned by Bodyguard CDR positive selection technology.
Block - File was denied.
Risky elements
During the sanitization and reconstruction of files, the embedded CDR engine is also able to determine what kind of risky elements were eliminated. This will be shown in a list.
