There are two ways to achieve exceptions for individual users.
Pause the CDR agent temporarily (user action)
Users can right-click the Bodyguard icon in system tray (bottom left of Windows)
Select "Pause"
To resume repeat step 1 and select "Resume"
Add exceptions via customer portal
