On the configuration page (tab in the customer portal) it is possible to define a standard action per file type.
Three actions exist:
Allow - Take no action and proceed as usual.
Sanitize - File will be cleaned by Bodyguard CDR positive selection technology.
Block - File is denied, also when it is compressed or archived.
Synchronisation
At startup the Bodyguard desktop agent is synchronized with the latest configuration.
If the Bodyguard desktop agent is already running, a synchronization can be manually forced in two ways:
Right click on the system tray icon of Bodyguard in Windows and click on "Check for updates".
Go to "Services" in Windows and restart the "Bodyguard" service.
